Thomas, age 88, at peace July 3, 2019; beloved husband of the late Patricia, loving father of Steven (Cathy), Kyle (Marci) and Karen (Vicki); cherished adopted grandfather of Eric (Mindy) Wegner, Melissa (Brent) Sears and Nicole Thrasher; dear brother of Marion Starke and adored cousin of Diane (Marshall) Werner and Mary Ellen (Jack) Farrell; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday 3-6 PM and Monday 11 AM until time of service 12 PM at Gibbons Family Funeral Home, 5917 W. Irving Park Road (½ Block East of Austin). Interment Irving Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Chicago Lighthouse or National Audubon Society.
