Mary Ann, I’m sorry to read of Jim’s passing. The two of you were always nice to me and I liked having you as apartment dwellers at 5647 N Austin. I still have the bookshelf the two of you gave me and took it with me to Tucson when I moved there 3 years ago. I’m sorry that I will be unable to express my condolences personally.
